These muffins freeze well too, so you will always have nutritious snacks on hand.
One mix will make 12 standard size muffins, or 24 mini-muffins. Our muffin mixes can also be baked into cakes or mini loaves. Play around with them to bake them YOUR way.
For a recipe mod, Urban Harvested suggests turning your muffins into a loaf and serving with fried bananas, caramel sauce and vegan yoghurt. The recipe is in the image section of this page.
