We've made the mix so it can be served thick, like an American style hotcake, or thinned out to make a more crepe style pancake. With 100% pure Australian grown freeze dried blueberry powder (the equivalent of up to 226 average sized blueberries).

You will need:
- 1 cup of your milk of choice
- 2 tbsp of your choice of syrup sweetener (maple, agave, honey, etc.)
- 1 tbsp liquid oil (avocado is best for mild taste, coconut, hemp, etc.)

How to bake:
- Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk together until well combined.The mixture will be quite thick to create thick ‘hot cake' style pancakes. Adding extra milk to make a thinner mixture will make thinner crepe' style pancakes.
- Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, reduce heat to medium and pour ¼ cup of pancake batter into the pan.
- Cook for approximately 3 minutes or until bubbles begin to rise to the surface of the pancake.
- Flip pancake and cook for a further 1.5-2 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Makes 6-9 pancakes.
Ingredients: Buckwheat flour, sourghum flour, almond meal, coconut sugar aluminium free baking powder. banana flour (2%), ground cinnamon, all spice powder, guar gum powder.
