These golden balls of delicious goodness taste just like a slice of fresh lemon cheesecake. In addition, they're packed with zingy ground turmeric, used worldwide for its incredible anti-inflammatory properties. This mix will take less than 10 minutes to whip up.

Use as a cheesecake base or just as is!

You will need:

  1. Zest of 1 medium sized organic lemon
  2. 2tbs of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  3. 2tbs of your choice of syrup (maple, honey or agave)
  4. 2tbs of your choice of oil (coconut, avocado, hemp, etc.)

How to bake

  1. Combine packet mix, lemon zest and juice, syrup and coconut oil in a food processor and blitz until well combined.
  2. If making by hand, ensure the mix is very well combined and ingredients are evenly distributed. If more moisture is needed, simply add more lemon juice.
  3. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place onto a tray.
  4. Cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients: Desiccated coconut, natural almond meal, black chia seeds,  turmeric powder.
